Company registration in Switzerland
You can register a company/fund in Switzerland in the following ways:
The company will be listed in the register as fast as possible
You do not need to come to Switzerland in person, the company will be set up remotely, once you have provided us with the necessary documents for company registration.
Mandatory requirements for registration are:
- a registered office address in Switzerland;
- local director, resident in Switzerland.
Annual renewal of the provision of a registered office and a contact person (resident director) for your company is required.
